...THE fifth Beve Trophy takes place next week...

Welcome to the home of The Beve Trophy...

The Beve Trophy is a team format golf competition that takes its name from an inferior competition that takes place every two years between Continental Europe and Great Britain to celebrate the career of the late, great Seve Ballesteros. Our version of the competition is far more civilised, taking place on a yearly basis between a group of friends and involving Golf and Beer which for us makes perfect sense! The format and idea is the brain child of one of the team captains James Tonner and has been in development over the last few years.

The inaugural competition took place on Saturday 28th June 2008 in Troon, Scotland on the courses of Lochgreen and Darley. After success over Cawder in 2011, Team Rush are the current holders of the Beve Trophy.  As with every sports competition winning is the only important thing with success determining your mood for the twelve month period afterwards.
